This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tess, the 'Moana and Maui' costume creator:
My boyfriend and I dressed up as Maui and Moana, featuring Heihei the chicken, and Pua the pig.
Costumes are both handmade. Used artificial plants and flower petals to create the top and grass skirts. Tattoos were stenciled, then spray painted on. Glow in the dark, clay necklace, handmade. Glowing fish hook, ore, and Heart of Te Fiti necklace, all props.
