This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Moana' costume creator:
This is my two-year-old daughter wearing the Moana costume. All year long everyone has been telling me she looks like Moana when were out and about so we decided for Halloween to dress her up as Moana with the whole shebang and it was a hit. My daughter loved dressing up as Moana and everybody loved seeing her in the costume!
