Money Laundering Costume

Dexter is a 9-years-young American Cocker Spaniel who loves to watch dark dramas with his Moms! We got this idea as fans of the shows "Breaking Bad" and this year's hit show, "Ozark."

We handmade this costume a plastic cake cover for the front and then blue ribbon for the washing machine water, interspersed with fake money that needed to be laundered!

The actual "washing machine" is a moving box that we painted white and used rubber glue to attach knob covers that we spray painted silver. The Maytag logo is the finishing touch, as Dexter is surrounded by his laundry bag and laundry supplies.

We spent $15 to make this costume and shot it at home in front of a sheet.

Dexter nearly lost his life this year in a battle with an immune disease. After spending nearly a week in the hospital, he is recovering and we are celebrating Halloween as a family with our little boy.
