This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michael, the 'Monster Girl' costume creator:
My girlfriends daughter (Katelyn, 8) is wearing the costume. My girlfriend picked out the wig and outfit. The entire face is done with face paint. Katelyn picked out a couple looks she liked and I mixed a few of them for this look.
