This homemade costume for families entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julie, the 'Monsters Inc.' costume creator:
My 1yr old daughter as Boo from Monsters inc. Custom made costume of fabric and hair made from mop and eyes made of styrofoam. I dressed as the polka dotty monsters from Spirit of Halloween just to match the monsters look.
