This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kevin, the 'Most realistic Pennywise' costume creator:
My 11 yr old son for some reason loves IT.
He wears glasses and decided to try out prescription contacts. I made the deal with him that if he can get good at putting his contacts in I would get him glow contacts for his haloween costume, he agreed and this was the result!
