This homemade costume for families entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Jenny, the 'Ace Ventura Pet Detective' costume creator:

This is me (Finkle), my Husband (Marino), and my son (Ace Ventura). I knew we wanted to dress our son in something funny so I looked up the top 100 funniest movies and ran into Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. I knew he could pull it off because he has the perfect hair for the part! It was my husband's idea for us to wear the Finkle and Marino jersey's. For Ace's costume I ordered a tutu, bought the boots at Walmart, and already had everything else. I made our shirts out of teal and orange duct tape!

The photograph of your son made our week. We laughed so hard. When your son turns 16, this will be the perfect revenge for his teenage behaviour. We remember watching Ace Ventura when our kids were very small. They are university students now, so we missed out chance.
