This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Trisha, the 'Baby Pennywise' costume creator:
My sister is a HUGE Stephen King fan and knows I have a deep fear of clown, so she decided to make my son his costume this year! The costume is inspired by 2017 IT, and hand sewn by my sister. I think she did an amazing job!!
