This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Daena, the 'Cowgirl Jessie' costume creator:
Handmade COWGIRL JESSIE from Toy Story costume....the blue jeans & white blouse were purchased. The rest of the costume fashioned using felt, ribbon, fabric paint & cording purchased from my local craft store. I also made the wig from red yarn. The hat was purchased at a dollar store, but I threaded the white ribbon around the border for authenticity. I free hand everything, no patterns or templates used.
