This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Holly, the 'Cruella DeVille' costume creator:
I made the shawl from a self drafted sewing pattern and made the jewelry. I purchased the wig and gloves and found the dress at a local goodwill store. Took first prize at my local city contest.
