This homemade costume for families entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelly, the 'Mother of Dragons' costume creator:
My daughters Aspen - 11 & Olivia -8 along with my husband Ian. Inspiration from Game of Thrones. We bought 1 piece mermaid suits and cut them down to size to fit our children. Attached leather chest plate. Made a pattern and cut and sewed tails. Bought retractable wings and added material to enlarge them. Make- up and hair inspiration from Pinterest.
