This homemade costume for families entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jeremy, the 'Dr. Evil & Mini Me' costume creator:
This is me and my 2 yr old DAUGHTER ( i know i know, I dressed her as a boy) as Dr. Evil and Mini Me in the prison outfits... I found pretty much everything for these costumes at the thrift store, and i got the bandanas from Micheal's... I hand made my evil ring from Miliput and my daughters was a cheap plastic one that came with the bald cap shes wearing... I sewed her bald cap to the bandana so she could wear it like a hat and I printed the prison numbers on sticker material at work... What was funny is everyone thought she was 2-Pac till they saw me... good times!
