This homemade costume for men entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Clayton, the 'Iron Man' costume creator:
I made the costume out of EVO foam, sealed it with modge pod, coated it in plasti dip, and then primed and painted it. The glow for the arc reactor is an LED strip. Total cost was around $225.
