This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Matthew, the 'Iron Man' costume creator:
Pictures of me wearing my Ironman costume. It took about 6 months to make everything. All was crafted from Card stock paper then strenthen with Fiberglass cloth and resin. To paint it I used Bondo on the outside which I then had to sand to a smooth finish.
