This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rita, the 'Monsters Inc. Sully' costume creator:
I made this costume for my grandson last year. His name is Sullivan so it was perfect for him to be Sully form the movie Monsters Inc. I used a dinosaur pattern for the body and the head was created first by making a hood and then I built the rest around the hood so that it would stay up on my grandson's head.
