Mystique from X-Men Costume

Shanon Humphrey is wearing this costume for the 2nd time.
How to:
Start first by finding something to wear for a top and bottoms. I spray painted them blue and glued rhinestones on them. You could also use Pasties for the top I suppose but as a mommy of 3 young boys I decided that covering the whole area was better for me!
Next: Put liquid latex in different designs in the areas you want to be detailed. I also used fabric glue to glue rhinestones in different spots as well for more detail. The liquid latex will need about 30 minutes to dry!
Next: I spray colored my hair red and added liquid latex for the widows peak and colored this red as well.
Next: your ready to start painting or airbrushing! I used airbrush paint and an airbrush gun and sprayed my entire body. I used Ben Nye Cosmic Blue Makeup for my face as I did not want to spray this area. Make sure you get in the ears and the nose as to not leave any areas undone!
Next: Put on your eye makeup and Yellow Contacts!
Finally: Use Talc Powder in the areas that stick (Creases in elbows/underarms etc) to prevent the makeup from rubbing off!
