This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anna, the 'Pennywise and Georgie from IT' costume creator:
I was Pennywise and my fiance was Georgie from Stephen King's IT.
Georgie's costume was was easy, he used jeans, a white shirt, and a yellow rain jacket with boots. He made his own boat that said, S.S. Georgie.
For me, I decided to make my costume from scratch. I made my tutu from tulle and sewed the shirt and neck collar. I used costume makeup for my face. I glued fake nails onto my teeth with denture glue!!
