This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'Peter Pan' costume creator:
My granddaughter is wearing the costume. Her mom wanted to go as a theme from Peter Pan. She is Peter Pan, the hat was made free hand cut two large triangles cuffed the edges up to make a lip and will hold a feather. The material is upholstery to look like rough quilted pieced together. The material,is soft faux suede. No seams needed with upholstery.
