This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Colette, the 'Toddlers & Tiara' costume creator:
I have never watched the show, but I really want to make a gaudy dress. I had the shoes for a while and never wore them, they were perfect.
The dress was bought at Goodwill. Using fabric glue and some minor sewing, I attached sequin strips and handmade organza flowers. The pacifer and clip was from a dollar store, just glued some rhinestones to it.
