This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katie, the 'Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My son Finley is in a homemade Willy Wonka costume. And his brother Lochlan is an Oompa Loompa!! Finley's hair is just so awesome and curly, and one day i looked at the mess on his head and thought, you look like Gene Wilder, so what better way to express his awesome hair and personality!! Adn of course he needed a side kick to complete the costume, so his brother is a super cute Oompa Loompa!!
