This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carrie, the 'Mr. and Mrs. Pac-Man' costume creator:
Carrie is wearing Mrs Pac-Man and Todd is wearing Mr Pac-man. Each costume was easy and fun to make. I used various pieces of felt and glue. I didn't have a lot of time because I had other commitments but needed a quick throw together costume. It took about a half hour.
