This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lindsey, the 'Mr. Fredrickson' costume creator:
This was my son Ryder's first Halloween costume. He was Mr. Fredrickson from the movie UP. It was unique, easy to make, and super affordable! We made his walker out of pbc pipes then just spray painted it and added the tennis balls. Everyone knew who he was, and he loved all the balloons!!
