This homemade costume for adults entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Mr. Oogie Boogie' costume creator:
Mr. Oogie Boogie was easy except the face that takes time to get the right shape. I used Burlap, Black Yarn, light or tan embroidery floss, wire to shape, paper towels to pad the wire. I didn’t have time to tweak the head ,add glow in the dark paint and add some extra padding unfortunately, I ran out of time.
