This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tonya, the 'Mr. Fredricksen from UP' costume creator:
Liam is dressed at the grandpa from UP. We didn't have money to buy a costume so we thought this was the cheapest costume we could think of. What kid doesn't love balloons!? The walker was made from PVC pipe we had from our sprinkler system we put in.
