Mr. Owl Costume

My son, Alex, 3, is Mr. Owl. I cut out feathers from 5 different colors of felt and glued the them to a large shirt. For the mask I used poster board and glued it to sunglasses so elastic was not needed around the neck or head. For the feet I used felt and glued them to his socks which he wore OVER his shoes. I saw many different versions of this costume on line, but not for the price of my $4.00 dollars, which is what it cost me. I was looking for value and comfort and I found it. Everyone he met loved it.
