This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lacey, the 'Mr T' costume creator:
My 9 month old as Mr. T. We had him in camo pants and a black shirt, I painted on his facial hair, spiked his mohawk, and gave him his gold chains!! We decided to make him Mr T because he already had a mohawk and is so tough!!
