This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Mrs. Brutus' costume creator:
Hi I'm the mother of Brylie-Shea she is the one wearing the costume of Mrs.Brutus. She is in the 2nd grade & she is the one that came up with this costume. We got star foam glued it together shaved it down & shaved the inside out to fit her head brought material for the outside and sprayed glued them on. I'm entering her in this cause she is so creative for a 2nd grade to come up well this by herself.
