This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

My middle daughter Zoey is Mrs. Stein. We used a thrift shop dress, a cup to hold her hair up and hair cement (garnier fructise).The stripe we figured out to make a stencil and spray white.
