This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Ms. PAC man and Ghost' costume creator:
I've been obsessed with Ms. PAC man since I was a kid standing on a milk crate to play the arcade game!
It's all cardboard, duck tape, hot glue and felt. One of my favorite costumes!
We had to borrow my friends sub because the costumes wouldn't fit in mine!
