This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Seth, the 'Ms. Pacman' costume creator:
This year, I decided to go as Ms. Pacman!! The idea came from just looking around online and I saw a young woman who had done a Pacman costume and I thought it would be a great idea! I made this costume using cardboard ( I cut out large circles and the mouth) and felt! That's about it! I used a hot glue gun to piece everything together; I love it!!
