Muammar Gaddafi Costume

We had our reservations about this costume, but it ended up being a hit! My husband Kevin made this with old fabric his dad had in the basement. It was easy, we just draped it over his brown shirt and pants. To make the hat, he just cut a piece of cardboard to fit around his head, and hot glued fabric on it. He hand sewed a vest as well, you can't really see it, but it's underneath.
