This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Corissa, the 'Mugatu' costume creator:
I bought a grey turtleneck and cut up a scarf to make the arm cuffs and neck cuff. I used black tape for the MUGATU and used a corset for the bodice. Cotton ball for beard and wig hair- voila!
