This homemade costume for girls entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lilly, the 'Mystical Dragon' costume creator:
My 9 year old Granddaughter, Mariah, is wearing this mystical dragon costume that she described in very clear details of how she wanted it to look. She chose all the materials. It has a paper mache head covered with glued on black stitch sparkle fabric. I used sheets of foam for body formation then covered with facric.
