This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Starr, the 'Nancy Kerrigan & Tonya Harding' costume creator:
We always like to do something clever with our Halloween costumes. This was for a costume party. I'm "Tonya". We found my costume at a thrift store, and my husband Brian agreed to be Nancy Kerrigan. He bought an old dance costume at Goodwill, but then he changed it quite a bit (he sews) by adding the feathers and cutting the pants into shorts. We already had the wigs.
