This homemade costume for couples entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chasity, the 'Napoleon Dynamite and Pedro' costume creator:
We came up with this idea from the movie. I (Napoleon cured my hair using perm rods for the tight curls). Found most of our stuff at local stores and amazon.
