This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffani, the 'News Flash' costume creator:
Its made completely home made and out of newspaper and a hoola hoop. My boots are the comic section and I have a 'sports' jacket. There was a weather umbrella but I couldn't get that in the picture.
