This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'NFL Referee Cat' costume creator:
My cat, pecan is dressed up as a NFL referee. He's wearing a striped pet shirt bought online, a black whistle and a handmade flag made from a yellow napkin, yellow electrical tape and sand to weight down the flag. You can see he is thrilled by this costume! :)
