This homemade costume for groups entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Courtney, the 'Ninja Turtles and Splinter' costume creator:
My son Devyn and his friends Sydnee, Jadan, Macie, and Destiny all dressed up as the Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter. All of us moms got together and made their costumes it was so much fun and creative!!!
