This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

Having a daughter who is one I wanted her to represent a true role model Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I got the shirt off etsy, the crown, glasses and gavel off of Amazon and went to hobby lobby for the letters to spell notorious rgb on crown.
