This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Misty, the 'Officer and Inmate' costume creator:
Officer Christopher and Inmate Warrior.... We we inspired to decorate a wagon for easy transportation of a toddler. Last year out stroller covered the identity of the baby, this year the themed transportation enhanced it.
