This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Diane, the 'Officer Charlie in charge' costume creator:
Decided to make my dog a officer of the law.. Thought it would be appropriate with everything that is happening in this world. Wanted to take a stand for all animals.. Bought the shirt and pants at a Baby store and iron on decals. Bought the shield and hat at a Halloween store.
