This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

My two year old son loves to read. One of his favorite books is Oh, the Places You'll Go! After reading to him to one night, the idea just struck me to come up with a unique costume idea. I got a paper cardboard box, paint primer, and craft paint and went to town on making the basket of the hot air balloon. After painting, I added some colorful lettering, suspenders and balloons and called it a done deal. Everyone has loved the costume including my son!
