This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Meghan, the 'Old Irish Man' costume creator:
This is my little 14 month old Declan. Saw a picture online and just new he would make the cutest old man. Had all the clothes for him, sweater straight from Ireland...added some eyebrows and mustache and glasses. Made the "walker" out of PVC pipes, spray paint and tennis balls!
