This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 10 month old daughter is wearing this old
Lady costume. The idea came from Pinterest, so I put the outfit together, glued the pompoms on her hat, wrapped the scarf around, found glasses that kind of for her, and my father made her little walker out of pvc pipe!
