Old Lady Button Baby Costume

This is my 17 month old Cecilia as "Old Lady Button". This was truly the easiest costume to put together! She wore her own dress, shoes from Walmart (clearance) sweater and pearls from a thrift store,reading glasses from the Dollar Tree (with the lenses removed), a pair of pantyhose cut and sewn to fit, a "hand me down" scarf,baby powder in her hair to make it gray. For the walker, my husband heated and molded some pipe from our basement, and screwed and duct taped the joints, and then just spray painted it gray. Her whole ensemble cost me about $10!
