My 18 month old daughter, Emery "Emmy" is wearing her Olivia inspired Halloween costume. When I first saw the leotard at Goodwill I automatically thought of putting this costume together! The sweatshirt is from Wal-Mart. The headband, wristbands, and leg warmers were purchased online. Very cheap costume!
