This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Asha, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
I made this Oompa Loompa costume for my son Emmett because Willy Wonka is his favorite movie. I used a pair of white pants,a brown sweater, and a brown par of socks and then I used white duct tape to make the stripes on the collar and socks and I used white ribbon to make the suspenders and attached them with big brown buttons. The whole costume cost me about $10 :)
