This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karen, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume I made. I made the white overalls, used a brown long sleeved shirt and used white medical tape to make the stripes on the shirt and the socks. I bought white gloves for her hands. Orange face paint and white face paint were used to her face. I did her hair with hair glue and then used green colored hair spray.
