Oompa Loompa Costume

I (Shannon) created this Oompa Loompa costume for my son (Weston). We ordered a shirt from Amazon for 12.99 and I painted it with white acrylic paint I had. I got little girls leggings, 2 little girls bows, socks, white ribbon, a package of black and white buttons, green hair color and a .99 pumpkin from Walmart. I painted the socks and bows with brown acrylic paint I already had. My husband spray painted the pumpkin gold. I sewed the buttons on the leggings for looks and used hot glue and Velcro to create the suspenders from the ribbon. He already had the shoes and I clipped the bows to the shoes. I used Mary Kay makeup to create the orange face and white .99 costume makeup for eyebrows. I have less that $35.00 in the entire outfit.
