This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Haley, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
I made this costume for my 14 month old daughter. She just started walking & has the perfect walk for the character!! I used white tights, brown socks & turtle neck. I made the stripes & suspenders out of white ribbon. Top it off w face paint & green hair gel & it was the perfect costume!!
